Instructions: *Requires activator sold separately.

Step 1 – Cleanse face well.
Step 2 – In a small bowl, use 1 heaping tablespoon each of the powder and activator and mix well to form a thick liquid smoothie that will blend easily across the skin.
Step 3 – Using upward strokes, brush paste up and out, covering face and neck up and out to hairline. Remember to gently brush up and out over eye area. Now relax and let harden for 30 minutes. Do not eat or talk or move facial muscles for you want to feel the sensation of facial muscles contracting. Laying down will even increase the benefits of the blood flow.
Step 4 – To remove, use warm water to soften. Apply warm wet facial cloth to finish removing all residues. Move in circular motion to remove all mask from skin, eyes, neck and hairline. Rinse again and pat dry.
