It is important to us that you are 100% happy with your purchase from Leigh Valentine Beauty. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can simply return it for full refund or exchange.

1. You can return items within 14 days of original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Refunds do not include shipping and handling.
2. Please send us an email with the reason for your return/exchange before you return your item.
   Please do not send back your parcel until we e-mail you with the address and RMA number.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition.
4. Products in poor condition cannot be accepted for refund if: damaged, used, or in non resealable condition.
5. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise, which is returned because buyer purchased the wrong product/color or because they don’t like the item (no defects). Buyer has the option to provide a pre paid shipping label for exchanges.
   
6. All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking and handling fee for products purchased.
   
7. Shipping disputes must be addressed by your shipping carrier, not subject to a refund.
