3. All items must be returned in their original condition.

Products in poor condition cannot be accepted for refund if: damaged, used, or in non resealable condition.

4. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise, which is returned because buyer purchased the wrong product/color or because they don’t like the item (no defects). Buyer has the option to provide a pre paid shipping label for exchanges.
